How we're rolling out Toast Inventory to early customers — what access looks like, how to get started, and who's already in the beta.

Only simple retail products are ready for testing right now. This covers stock counting, invoice scanning, and core purchasing & receiving. All customers who have signed up are aware of this limitation.
Recipes & ingredients are coming next. Once that phase is ready, we'll run another webinar and open a new signup round.
Sandbox access rolls out automatically. Signed-up customers will get the new capabilities in the shared sandbox account as soon as they're available — no action needed.
Production access requires a request. New capabilities won't be enabled on production accounts automatically. Customers need to request access when ready.

Depending on your preference, you can explore Toast Inventory in a safe sandbox environment or enable it directly on your own production account. Follow the tutorial that matches your choice to get started.
